An Incredible Internship in Puglia at Agricola Piano

Hello,

My name is Antoine Blandin, and my adventure begins far from here, in the picturesque Normandy, in the northwest of France. My work experience through the Erasmus program and my university has led me to work in Puglia, precisely at the Agricola Piano company, located in Apricena (FG). Not only did I come here to perfect my knowledge of the Italian language, but also to immerse myself in the world of foreign trade.

Diving into the World of Extra Virgin Olive Oil during my Internship in Puglia

Before this experience, I had never tasted such authentic extra virgin olive oil. The discovery of “Olio Piano” represented a first surprising and delicious impact with the mono-variety Peranzana extra virgin olive oil, revealing flavors and aromas that I had never experienced before.
