We are happy to communicate that during the First National review of Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta our Pasta èViva has been recognised as one of the best in Italy and Consequently of the world the format that we applied for in the competition was the Pacchero Liscio; below the motivation attached to the recognition:
“Golden-colored pasta, visible red, white and black speckles barely visible. There are no small cracks that appear in cooking when the pasta breaks, regular shape. It shows high opacity and roughness, typical of a bronze drawing, as soon as the package is opened, the smell of the cardboard is perceived which disappears during cooking leaving the perception of the smell of cereal, after cooking the pasta it perceives the smell of wheat and hints of grass, hints that appear slightly even on the aftertaste, sweet taste typical of pasta. Excellent elasticity, consistency, nerve (The nerve represents the resistance of the paste itself to crushing and chewing) and patinosity (patinosity is the ability to maintain the characteristics of the pasta even 8/10 minutes after cooking); the pasta cooks evenly; does not stick.”
Overall results an excellent pasta.
