èViva, the artisanal pasta of durum wheat with alive wheat germ It has been conceived in order to be a functional food.

Indeed thanks to the presence of the wheat germ, rich of Omega 3, omega 6, vitamin and several elements, thanks to  the absence of mycotoxins, glyphosate and heavy metals and thanks to the low temperature drying (below 50°C thus allowing it to keep its nutritional features), it permits to our pasta to have a positive influence over our health status and to reduce the insurgence risk of several disease.

For the above-mentioned reasons an always increasing number of consumers that exhibit food intolerances (of various genre) started to buy our pasta, referencing an exceptional digestibility, tolerability and lightness.

Nowadays we sell our Pasta in the pharmacies because of the very high salubrity.
